Continuity persists; Pynchon still continues to write
about about the Bush family, as he did in Vineland --
I'm assuming because he finds it worth his time and
effort. I see no shame in seriously taking what
Pynchon says.

No, I'm saying that some important things that Pynchon
addresses in his fiction have stayed the same from the
late '50s to the present:

These appear to be accurate observations, but I am
open to seeing how they might be incorrect.

I'm not sure how personally insulting me advances
whatever point it is you seem to be trying to make
about Vineland. If you're saying: Vineland's politics
have no insight to share that might illuminate our
current political situation, I don't agree.
