My estranged brother's estranged wife calls this "filing crazy". She's been
making more on disability for the past 15 years than I have working full-time.
When I questioned her about this (and about how she manages to own expensive
cars, houses, clothes and jewelry) she said she couldn't understand what was
keeping me from filing crazy myself. "I don't think I qualify" I told her.
She claimed that statement alone was proof that I did, pointing out the status
imbalance of our respective vehicles while laughing at me. "It's a good gig,"
she giggled. "You're nuts not to try it."
