I'm sorry you're offended that I noted errors you had made and that I dared
to challenge some of the suppositions behind your approach to reading and
discussing the Foreword. It seems that your terms of analysis, at least, are
not negotiable. As I said on a couple of occasions, there's much that you
have written that was interesting and that resonated with me, but your ad
hominem I can live without.
