And I agree with vacillating steadfastness. I read Vineland a couple 
of times. I think I even participated in the last discussion many 
moons ago, at least I know I was here and reading. (I've been mostly 
gone since.)

Never read Pale Fire but I've wanted to for some time. So...  I'm 
interested in both books and will participate as I am able (if I'm 
not too totally unnerved).    :)
