Yes, you've said that.  So have I.  So have others.

What's the point?  "Command and control"?  This
primitive interent was for a government to maintain
command and control of its own affairs not the affairs
of its citizens, beyond the control most citizen's
(not you, apparently) would deem necessary and its
collapsing.  

And its means of withstanding attack was
decentralization.
