If P simply agreed with Zoyd or Mucho or these Orwellian paranoid dudes
we could all go down to Mac's Pub and start up a conversation with the
first guy to walk in that would hit on the essence of things. Yes and
no. The average american has good insights. H sees that the government
acting Orwellian. Hell, he takes his kids to Disney and they have to
board the plane in the sox. 


Or,  he says, "Now this may be an inconvenience, kids, but it's for our
own protection." 

Wife says, "Oh Homer, you'll frighten them." 

Son says, "Hey Lisa, "check out my box cutter." 

Lisa says, "This is too Orwellian." 

Homer says, "Now Lisa, we're on vacation, we don't need to a lecture on
Thomas Pynchon."
