For the record, and in response to Dave Monroe's constant baiting, I'll
respond to a couple of his more inaccurate allegations.

An offlist exchange started up between us during a reading of GR when he
sent me an offlist post to which I responded offlist. Subsequently he
claimed that his original post was meant to go to the list, which I accept,
though it wasn't apparent to me at the time. In the end he forwarded the
whole sorry exchange, including my offlist posts, to the list anyway.

At that time he was making insinuations on-list to support Doug's ongoing
slander campaign against me. I'm appreciative that that campaign has, for
the most part, stopped.

It's true I don't have much time for Dave as a result, and that I generally
refrain from responding to his posts, which has also caused him to complain
about me. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.

Hollander also contacted me offlist just prior to his most recent spate of
pseudonymous postings to the list. I welcome his input and participation.
