p. 242-43 doesn't tell how she got into that programme but we are informed
what she had told the jury. Being responsible for Weed's death by bringing
the gun it's only normal that Brock gets her into that programme.

In no way because Brock Vond is only a maverick cop. The whole thing is more
illegal than any drug deal could ever be.
