NP? book about _Candy_

My copy (1st ed.?) was apparently owned back in the
day by a local photographer of note.  He pencilled in
an index of all the dirty words on one of the blank
endpages.  I actually spun Dave Grusin's "Ascension to
Virginity" (off a Candy OST 45) last night, even ...
