What's the disagreement here? DL and Frenesi meet in 1967. 24fps is
organized at Berkeley and Berkeley is its home base. Prairie is born in
1970. I agree that  the events at College of the Surf occur after Nixon
is sworn in. DL and Frenesi meet in 1967, Nixon is sworn in January of
1969. PREP will be slipped in as a rider when The Crime Control Act of
1970 is passed in 1972, but Brock's thin ice special, his baby, is
already filling up. Allenwood is mentioned later and I suspect that Karl
Bopp could have something to do with all the changes Nixon made at DOJ
and FBI, including radical changes in the business conducted at federal
prisons, and in BOPP, an acronym for the Bureau Of Prison's Population? 

Before the war hotted up, the federal prison at
Allenwood (one among many) was predominantly black. In the space of one
year, with the same number of blacks, it is predominantly white. It is
filled with
the young draft resisters and Jehovah's Witnesses. No privacy,
overloaded
facilities, white Jehovah's Witnesses and white Christians. What a
change of
scene! What a change of consciousness!
