I agree that the "traveling Movement co-ordinators"

Right, my first parenthetical is erroneous and the second one needs to
be explained.
VL focuses on a specific time period (1967-70) in the movement. It is
also focused on the Traveling Organizers of SDS (Frenesi's Film Crew)
and two Universities (Berkeley and Columbia, Berkeley and College of the
Surf).
Thanks for the correction, obviously 24fps are not n SDS or Youth
Movement traveling organizers. However, they are linked through
Berkeley as were lots of film crews who traveled around filming and
showing films at SDS and other campus-based meetings.
Also, the "travelers," are not "fellow travelers" (although Communist
infiltration versus anti-Communist Government Infiltration of SDS from
1967 to 1970 is one of the most important issues Pynchon is dealing with
in these chapters, we shouldn't fail to see the obvious connection to
the role of Communists and anti-Communists in the labor struggles that
Pynchon outlines) but Traveling Organizers from SDS.
