We got lucky, I guess.  Here, everybody was getting
rid of narrow-lapelled, three-button suits (not to
mention skinny ties and pointy shoes) just when we
were looking for them.  And then EVERYBODY was looking
for them (thank you very much,
not-the-French-New-Wave).  Then up to five or so years
ago, I'd have to have the damn things made.  Now you
can buy reasonable facsimiles right off the rack ...
