 >>> But is he a vote-changer? The Democratic candidates he endorsed in
this year's presidential campaign were Wesley
Clark and Howard Dean, and both quickly flamed out despite huge media
hype. Does Moore fuel prejudices rather than dismantle them? David
Denby believes so: "Michael Moore has become a sensational entertainer
of the already converted, but his enduring problem as a political
artist is that he has never known how to change anyone's politics." <<<

Exactly. So why all the fuss? We should be more concerned over the
implications of today's headlines regarding the process that led to the
justification of the mess we have created in Iraq in the name of
helping Iraq and keeping us safe. Moore makes sophomoric movies. Bush
and his cronies get people killed, and set history on a road to
increasing danger and disaster. We might want to scrutinize the facts
tossed out to justify war with the same rigor this author uses to
scrutinize a fucking movie. Colin Powell used his power point to circle
and label all the locations of WMD. That presentation to the UN was
propaganda of a more dangerous sort.
