Moore is an avowed and unapologetic propagandist.  I
can't sy I saw it myself, but a friend told me of an
interview (with maybe Paula Zahn? Dan Rather?) in
which, ridiculously pressed to provide figure for what
percentage of his film was documentary and what was
propaganda, he responded by asking the same of CNN or
CBS or whatever news.  And quite rightly so,
regardless of the interviewer's indignation ...
