Is this correct? Brock wants to control Frenesi and to keep tabs on Zoyd;
that's what the whole set-up is meant to do. I don't believe Brock cares one
way or another whether Prairie is taken away from Zoyd. He is merely using
the threat that Prairie will be taken away to blackmail Zoyd into doing what
he wants him to do (i.e. snitch on Shorty and sign up for the mental
disability arrangement, which in the long run simply means Zoyd keeps
getting those regular "mental-disability checks".)
