Offtopic: Roosevelt's Foreign Policy 32-45

I need your help: as a ghostwriter, I'm just writing an expert's opinion 
about Roosevelt's foreign policy 32-45. In English, I have only the book of Robert 
Dallek "Franklin D. Roosevelt and American Foreign Policy: 1932-45", New 
York, Oxford University Press 1979. In German I have enough literature, but they 
are in the most cases very polemic. Do you have any hints for me?
Please answer me offlist.
