Thanks very much, Otto.  Prof. Krafft at PN said it
looked like a fabrication to him, too. 

I'm sure you realize the risk you run in sharing a
translation of it on the p-list:  jbor will nag at you
forever (it's going on 3 years now that he's been
whining about the Playboy Japan interview) and accuse
you of fabricating it in the first place, then of
providing an untrustworthy translation, and so on, the
way he's done with the Pynchon interview in Playboy
Japan, even after those questions have been addressed,
and all without lifting a finger himself to
investigate the issues.  But you're a brave and
helpful soul.  Thanks again.
