 Necrophilia banned by Arnie

 HAVING sex with the dead is now officially illegal in
 California after the Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger,
 signed a Bill banning necrophilia. Given the Golden State’s
 pressing financial problems, political analysts have said
 that it was an odd priority for the actor-turned-Republican
 politician.

 The new law makes sex with a corpse a felony punishable by
 up to eight years in jail.

 The lack of any laws on the subject recently prevented
 prosecutors from imprisoning a man who was found in a
 funeral home in San Francisco, drunk and passed out on top
 of an elderly woman’s corpse.
