I think your approach is sound enough. The one ingredient of my triple
whammy I WOULD add to it is a decongestant such as Sudafed
(pseudoepederine). Seems to me, though I haven't checked this out in the
literature, that hangovers are a lot like nasal sinus allergies in the
way they cause painful pressure in the nasal area, which is the main
thing Sudafed is sold for.
The anithistamine is good if you can go to sleep and don't have to be
alert. Sudafed without the antihistamine makes it harder to fall asleep.
Good drinking and to hell with moderation.
