Yet another "another" Reich

No, not the third.  Ef Nietzsche!  If he'd been healthier and had lived
today, he'd have a comedy special on Fox Network.  Ef Marcuse!  He'd
criticize it!  Whatever happened to interest in Wilhelm Reich?  Jung was the
only disciple of Freud, you know.  Reich was on the money concerning sex as
a commodity (The Mass Psychology of Fascism) and was way ahead of the
government that smashed his equipment, burned the records of his studies,
and put him in jail, e.g. as his son, Peter, wrote in his autobiography,
Wilhelm had him bury his new radium ring after recognizing that it's cold
light was unhealthy.  

Oh, yeah, in case anyone on the list isn't aware of this bit of mid-20th
century history, it wasn't those pesky fun-lovin' Germans who destroyed the
man who really started the sexual revolution.
