"Lines of Flight"

Does anyone know if "Lines of Flight: Discursive Times and Countercultural Desire in the Work of Thomas Pynchon" by Stefan Mattessich has been published in paperback.
Duke UP has a notice it's not ready yet. But Amazon and Borders both list it a available. 

Mixed signals no doubt.
