Mr. Thompson was one of the still too few who recognized that the true 
patriot in an age of ever more pervasive Gov't control over every aspect of 
its citizens' lives was the man who, from some hopefully safe distance, 
threw wrenches into the machine at every opportunity.
I'll miss that voice
