.... Axiom II: The War Machinery is an invention of the Nomads (because it does not belong to the State and is differing from the military institutions). The nomadic War Machinery has three aspects, a spatial-geographical one, an arithmetic or algebraic one  and an affective aspect.
Sentence V: The Nomadic Existence necessarily effects the conditions under which the War Machinery is unfolding in Space. (vgl. pp. 522f of the Japanese edition, own translation)
