the pynchon pic

Has anyone come across this:

picture before?  It seems to me more plausible than the previous one  
mentioned, at least because the man shown is considerably aged from  
the famous pictures of TRP.  I found it on the fifth or sixth page of  
the images.google.com search results.  Thoughts?
