If you are referring to the long-haired figure, he is "Luciano Ligabue" 
and the title of the text, or whatever you'd like to call it, is a 
quote; it roughly translates to: "Thomas Pynchon is among my favourite 
authors. - Luciano Ligabue". I guess it showed up in the Google search 
due to the many Pynchon references on the page. Would have been funny, 
though, if this was how he looked.
