I don't know enough about chess to know if this idea is ridiculous, but
in addition to all the other levels GR works on, one could maybe assign
an 8x8 grid, and using just Pirate's action, do a Knight's Tour
(personal revelation: I never did finish that problem in C++
programming); with more time, one could assign chess pieces to the
other characters, squares to the physical settings, and play the novel
as a chess problem, or a full game - or 4 full games?
