The End of Evangelion

Oh, I definitely think the Gainax team have read Pynchon, i think anyone who
has experiened both can attest to that. For an interesting effect, watch the
end of the show, which finished before the movie was released. There is a
lot of interesting conjecture in the show that gets made blatant in the
movies. basically, the movie(s) take place between episode 24 and 25 of the
show, which meant there is this major leap for the last two episodes of the
show that people were upset about. You know, the end of the world happening
between episodes and all.
