naaaahhhhh...something more pathetic; really otherwise
bright people, who, for some reason, seem to have to
insist that scientific procedures and empirical
validation are either 1) Evil and Delusional, or 2)
Desperately Claiming an Epistemological Status They
Can Never Have, or 3) Both....instead of taking a
reasonable middle ground and saying, well, it seems
the above manners of inquiring and dealing with the
world work quite well in certain arenas of endeavor,
all things considered, but may not work so well in
other arenas of endeavor...
