ATD: critical reception

As yet unpublished, nobody has read ATD except some
publishing professionals, reviewers, the author's
agent, maybe some others.
As I mentioned, based on response to the Book
Description and Title, it seems safe to say the novel
itself will be received by some critics as a
masterpiece, by others as a failure, while others will
find a response somewhere in-between. Even a
One-Note-Johhny like M might agree that just about
covers it.
Beyond that, I expect future critics to rave about all
of Pynchon's works, instead of excepting this one or
that one the way some contemporary readers do. I can
easily imagine that other readers would look forward
to a different response, and there's no arguing about
taste.
Apart from dogging my posts, dropping turds in the
p-list living room, and promoting Roth, does Malign do
anything else here? Other than the rare exception that
proves the rule?
I don't suppose there's any way to determine if M has
actually read Pynchon, either, so sketchy are M's
remarks on GR and other (?) Pynchon works that M
idolizes uncritically. Another one, like "Morris", who
appears to have nothing better to do than, mostly, to
read my posts and comment on them. And they don't even
seem embarrassed that's all they do.
