I do believe that some reviewers are in the process of reading it, as the
last thing Penguin wants is a scattering of superficial, overgeneralising,
and, therefore forbidding reviews. Suffice it to recollect such an
'encouraging' beginning of a M&D review (no wonder, it was written 2 weeks
after the book was received):
'Here is my own preliminary view, based on 400 pages read, 200 skimmed, and
100 foregone'
http://www.slate.com/id/2980
Then what would be the case of Against the Day: 400 read, 200 skimmed, 392
foregone?
