Ditto here.  I got my softcover in a "used and antiquarian" bookshop
on Boylston Street, Boston;  a few years later, I found the same
edition selling for fifty cents in a Durham, North Carolina thrift
store, not too far from THE JESUS GENERATION by Billy Graham.
