ATD: ad: Pynchon excerpt from new novel

There is a constant flow of Pynchon books on and off the used
bookstore shelves here in paradise.  It may not be relevant, 
as I can go down and find just about any rare book whose title
I pick up off the internets.

Come visit, stay if you like it raining for months.  The
