My guess is, Dylan's met an awful lot of people, it's
possible he might have met Pynchon via Farina and/or
Baez, but it could well have been completely
uneventful, to the point of not being either
particularly memorable and/or noteworthy (EXCEPT to
fanboys [and/or fangirls] like us).  At any rate, we
stand on ground no less statistical with this question
that with the drinkin'est city in America one (which a
coworker is actually concerned about to the point of
arguing methodolgy; for the rest of us, it's a point
of pride), but the answers to which are both far less
accessible and of far less immediate import, so ...

Meanwhile, a favorite one-liner ...
