Hey, thanks to everyone who's helped with my research.  Now, if you could
kindly sort out all these references so my brain doesn't explode!  Actually,
I think I will enjoy the stacks of reading ahead of me.  I unabashedly admit
to loving Vineland and am looking forward to writing about it ... even if 
that puts me into a less scholarly category.

I stumbled onto this list last week simply looking for info on AtD, and at
the time had no idea how helpful it would prove to be so quickly.
