Let Pynchon be Pynchon

Everybody's gonna have their foci, no one can be
expected to cover everything, so when someone covers
at least something in some seriousness to some extent,
I can only help in assmebling the big picture (though
that big picture may well be precisely what Pynchon
has under critique, that detached, say, airship
p.o.v.).  I've been harping on a single idea--thatof
something being hidden in plain view--for some time
myself, and can't say that I've developed it much,
just pointed out occasional instances of it, is all. 
But just because nmo opne person is going to have the
entire combination, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt to
stumble on at least one of the numbers and see if at
elast one of the tumblers falls into place.  We'll see
soonly ...
