Atd SPOILER p.343

I've counted three appearances - but then I did note the word in the
19th C. slang page Ya Sam provided a while back
(http://www.legendsofamerica.com/WE-Slang.html) as the second word on
the list. This was before I began AtD. Don't know if the term was common
enough to justify such repeated use; I don't think it's lazy on P's
behalf, but it's a strange word to keep returning to.

Yeah, that sure spoiled it for me, too.  Lazy fucker, you'd think he'd
have the courtesy to come up with another word.
