Absinthe is not an English drink. This confusion may well be a manifestation 
of our dear American cousins' tendency to lump all of Yurp together. Or 
maybe just too much Absinthe?

And hashish? When did you visit, 1980? Nobody smokes hash any more man, it's 
been hydroponic super-skunk or nothing for years now.
