	Excuse me, but the impression given by Joe is that Ya Sam is  
personally critical of British cuisine, all the while soaking up the  
ale like a mop.  Nothing could be further from the truth!  Please, do  
try to more accurately attribute quotations, esp. those offered in  
the spirit of derring-do.
