Connotations of Against the Day

another, opposite interpretation, is how does one keep the day away, a
resigned inevitability. we grasp at any talismans we can knowing the day is
approaching in the meantime.

one of my talismans is this book.  haha

p.s. amazon plog notes that the title will be added in the next few days to
amazon page

p.p.s. the description gets me to think this will be a pretty angry book
like GR was in many of its pages. and boy do we need more of that from our
artists, hopefully done in an artistic way, not the LeCarrrePinter-like
shrillness
