I haven't read White Noise in many years but at the time I read it I
remember really liking it. I keep trying to get people to read Delillo's
"End Zone" which I enjoyed at the time it was published. Also, a very
unusual Delillo, which is very Pynchonesque, is his short story "In the
Men's Room of the 16th Century," which originally appeared in Esquire
and has been anthologized a couple of times. I wonder why a collection
of Delillo's short stories hasn't been published? Must be nobody has
bootlegged them.
I didn't much care for "Underworld," but I did like "The Body Artist."
