That's the spirit, Keith.  But the real problem is
productivity, signal-to-noise, whatever.  Just seems
that, the more signal, the more noise as well.  If we
(and I do mean WE, I'm hardly innocent here) can keep
the personal conflicts, sideswiping, et al., to a
minimum here, that'll both reduce that noise AND allow
all involved to produce more signal instead ...

For me, this is the first fresh text that I get to
deal with here since that "1984" intro, which was
however bound to generate as much noise as signal, so
...
