Keith's forgone conclusion could be correct. I know that I'm a little
doubtful about discussing a thick Pynchon novel on my first
read-through. I mean, how much of value could anyone have contributed
to a group read of GR the first time through. Not much more than
vague impressions a lots of google links. That's not exactly much
more than lame. Complex weavings like GR take more than one read to
really get past the surface.
