What France is lacking

Ironically, the French have the best french fries. Seriously, I'm not
kidding. If they have contributed nothing else to world culture, they have
done well in cutting potatoes into thin strips and deep frying the shit out
of them in beef tallow.
Nothing beats a huge plate of pommes frites and a gigantic Tuborg on a
sidewalk cafe.
