MDMD

The best discussion we've had was the first MDMD. The format worked,  
and the discussions were fruitful and entertaining. I am disappointed  
to discover that the Wayback machine can't find Andrew Dinn's old  
pages where he kept an ongoing archive of the section hosts'  
material. If anyone is more savvy and can find a snapshot of that
