While I don't have a snapshot of the original archive, I did collect all
the original host materials (plot summaries, notes, commentary) into one
large file (approx 1.2mb plain text) which I printed out and dragged
around with me during a recent re-read of M&D.  I did some minor
reformatting to clean up line-breaks and corrected the odd typo here and
there, and there is one chapter near the end of the book that is missing
(couldn't find the materials in the p-list archives).  I'd be happy to
pass it along to anyone who's interested....
