I'm wondering what's "evil" about marketing a Pynchon
novel.  

I hope they manage to get news about Against the Day
to as many people as possible and that Pynchon sells
millions of copies, and finally gets the broader
public attention and appreciation that he deserves. 

I'll save my scorn for the marketers who sell crap,
and encourage those who sell Pynchon's books.
