Lets hope so, but it's kind of a stupid way to put it, no? Why would it have 
to be 'patently obvious', that's like a strong opinion rather than a fact. 
If it just didn't meet a deadline or fit into a set period then why not just 
say so? Using a phrase like 'patently obvious' would seem to suggest more of 
a subjective opinion, but there again what is Ms Wiggins's opinion worth? 
We'll soon find out.........
