Not that's available publicly, not that I know of. 
Some collectors and Pynchon scholars have seen it, the
text that was cut is said to be "substantial" is what
I  heard from one person who saw one of these rare
items, only a handful exist apparently. Priced at more
than a first ed of GR or the other novels, less than
an autographed edition of same, if you can find one.
