You amply demonstrate my inability to stop anybody
from running off at the mouth in this forum. Ask all
the dumb questions you want, sometimes they lead to
interesting discussions.

Yeah, I assume we're all mortal, too, except for
sockpuppets like yourself.  But how that would stop
you from checking the archive, I don't quite get. 
It's not as if I'm suggesting you do something bad,
after all - you never know what serendipitous delight
you're likely to find in the stacks while you're in
there reducing the chances of looking stupid.  You
see, I just want you to have fun and learn. Don't be
such a party-pooper.
