Time and time and timelessness

Belated thought:
   
  In general, timelessness is NOT a good thing in Pynchon?....
  we find our human selves in time/Time........
   
  Religious and secular ways of overocming Time are........bad.
   
  Sometimes, living in Time, we do 'lose ourselves' in a feeling of timelessness--in a human way?
